Our Game Plan For 2020 Is Taking Shape
As we begin a whole new decade, we’re discussing some pretty challenging goals around the Rocksteady Promotions office. We want to set the right tone from the very beginning of 2020, so we’re getting serious about putting a clear plan in place. The new year is going to be all about executing our goals and embracing new possibilities.
The first step in our plan is to document all our objectives. This is nothing new for us, but it does take on added significance at the beginning of the year. Not only does putting our goals in writing make them seem more real, it also creates a greater sense of accountability. It’s easy for us to stay motivated when we see our targets in writing day in and day out.
We also give ourselves some time to reflect on why our biggest goals for the new year are so important. This helps us create action plans that we know we’ll stick to no matter what. We create clear visions of what success will look and feel like, which help us follow through with daily efforts.
Firm deadlines also help us attain our biggest Rocksteady Promotions objectives. It’s good to know when we need to have something finished, but it’s even better to have small milestones along the way. As we knock each one off our lists, we gain a little extra momentum to push across the finish line.
