Account Manager Duties:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered by our clients, and teaming up with fellow Sales Account Managers to provide excellent sales service
Acquire and retain client information and adequate product knowledge by attending daily staff meetings to stay on top of current deals or sales promotions
Execute proven sales tactics by identifying key decision-makers and determining buying criteria
Engage with consumers in a professional and empathetic demeanor to build a sense of comfort and trust
Exceed sales targets by being able to offer solutions to multiple customer needs with the complete library of products and services offered by our clients
Develop and nurture relationships with the customer in your given territory

Account Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or Communications is highly preferred
Experience in a customer-facing role, account management, sales account management, or sales
Superior critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
High energy, self-motivated, self-directed person who is able to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously
Ability to work proficiently independently as well as in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices and the aptitude to learn quickly
