Entry Level Management Executive
Rocksteady Promotions is looking to hire an entry-level management executive to assist our marketing team with the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies for our clients. To ensure success in the role, we offer training covering all aspects of our business operations. We aim to provide the ideal candidate with the resources to perfect the marketing craft while managing our business operations. This includes entry-level marketing, sales, promotions, customer service, and leadership training.
Duties:
- Assisting in campaign development discussions
- Executing marketing and sales strategies through direct interaction with customers
- Goal-setting with mentors and management staff, and achieving them
- Managing representatives and business protocol
- Making sure brand representation and image is aligned with client's expectations
- Development and nurturing of new associates
- Developing a positive and productive work environment
Requirement:
- A college degree is preferred but not compulsory.
- Candidates with experience in retail, customer service, or business management can apply.
