Account Manager Duties:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered by our clients, and teaming up with fellow Sales Account Managers to provide excellent sales service
- Acquire and retain client information and adequate product knowledge by attending daily staff meetings to stay on top of current deals or sales promotions
- Execute proven sales tactics by identifying key decision-makers and determining buying criteria
- Engage with consumers in a professional and empathetic demeanor to build a sense of comfort and trust
- Exceed sales targets by being able to offer solutions to multiple customer needs with the complete library of products and services offered by our clients
- Develop and nurture relationships with the customer in your given territory
Account Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or Communications is highly preferred
- Experience in a customer-facing role, account management, sales account management, or sales
- Superior critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- High energy, self-motivated, self-directed person who is able to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously
- Ability to work proficiently independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices and the aptitude to learn quickly
